What do the participants say?

Every year, we ask participants to evaluate their experience at Mand21. In 2025, we achieved a Net Promoter Score of 93, which is considered ‘world-class.’

Net Promoter Score

NPS is an internationally recognized way of measuring user loyalty. NPS: Above 0 is good. Above 20 is favorable. Above 50 is excellent. Above 80 is world-class. For perspective, Nike had an NPS of 48 in 2024, Apple 48, and LEGO 54.
